Why is Green Screen green?
My PBL (Project-Based Learning) involves Green Screens. Green screen is a green background in front of which moving subjects are
filmed and which allows a separately filmed background to be added to the final image; "A blue-screen effect".

How to use Green Screen
Chroma key is the technology used to create a different background for a video. A common example of chroma key is that of the TV
weatherman.

It is opposite to most flesh tones and eye colors so it does not effect the overlay of video on the background used. That way, no
blending nor bleeding occurs.

How to use Green Screen in adobe premiere
Step 1: Start Adobe Premiere and File>Import your footage.
Step 2: Drag your videos in to the Sequence.

Then, take your background footage and drag it to Video 1/ Audio 1 in the sequence bar.

With Video 1/Audio 1 highlighted, go to Effects. If you cannot find the effects workplace, go to Window in the top navigation bar and make sure that effects is checked.

In the effects workplace, click Video effects. Then, click Keying. Under Keying, click Ultra Key. Drag the “Ultra Key” effect onto the Video 2 (the subject and the green screen).

Ultra Key should then come up under the “Effects Control” toolbar in the upper left-hand corner.

Under Ultra Key in the “Effects Control” toolbar, you should see a black square and a dropper next to it. Select the dropper tool by clicking it.

The color next to the dropper on the left should become the same green as the green screen background. Your footage should also remove the green hue from the video. You should see your subject from Video 2 in front of your background from Video
